Coaches
If you're tired of volunteering your life away and getting nothing in return maybe we can help change your experience. If you want to be a part of a unique fast growing organisation which will provide training , gear, leadership, travel opportunities and eager students give us a call. We are in need of coaches at all levels of experience. We are looking for coaches who would like to assist with our Balloholic Youth Programs at all levels. In the fall we will be offering a complete program from grades 2-9 , elite Gold teams plus a high performance development program for grades 8/9 boys. The growth of the program is dependant on the availability of coaches who are willing to volunteer their time for a very rewarding experience.We do not provide classes without first finding qualified coaches. This is a tightly held mandate at Victory Sports Camps. We offer ongoing coaching development for coaches. Certification is available inhouse in NCCP Competition A Basketball or Communtiy Coaching. Full training from Basketball BC is provided to our coaches, fall clinics, manual's, full support is in place to assist you to be a solid coach. There are two 9-week sessions during the school year. If you are interested in working with our teams either as a head coach or assistant coach please send us an e-mail or give us a call, someone will contact you shortly. VSC conducts own clinics in the fall on how the program is designed to be taught and keep all our students on track where ever they take classes. Head coaching positions include an honorarium to cover expenses.

Partner ProgramSummer Sports Camps: If you are an experienced coach in BC in ANY sport and would like to extend the reach of our program by delivering our message to a camp you would lead. Please contact us for details on how we can partner to provide a great experience in your area. Our program is not limited to basketball but applies to all sports. It's simple and easy to deliver and takes only a small part of the total time allotted to activities. All the tools of our site, gear, logos , online payment will be at your disposal and the majority of the fees stay in your program.
VolunteersIf you would like to volunteer your time in an off court capacity such as score keeping, refereeing games, scheduling or helping with our Spring Leagues or Summer Camps please send us an e-mail or call and someone will contact you shortly. We will be organizing a number of different programs throughout the year and we are always on the lookout for helping hands with our mission.
